Position Overview & Specifications
You will be a key member of the team in this process. This will be a varied role involving collaboration with cardiac arrest survivors, key supporters, other researchers, and clinicians from around the UK.
Support intervention development through consultation with key stakeholders (including survivors, key supporters, healthcare professionals). You will facilitate focus groups and whole day meetings (‘workshops’), supporting the exploration of different perspectives on intervention content and delivery, and informing and achieving agreement on intervention co-refinement and key requirements for the feasibility study.
Develop and iteratively refine study materials and relevant participant-related materials for each phase of the study.
Contribute to the process evaluation by conducting and evaluating qualitative interviews (in person or virtually) to explore: the recruiters’ perspectives; the participants’ experiences; and the facilitators experiences of intervention delivery.

The post will be hosted at UHCW NHS Trust (line managed by Associate Clinical Professor - Rehabilitation) but will be based day-to-day at the University of Warwick Medical School working alongside the CARESSf study team, led by the Chief Investigator (Professor of Health Outcomes).
