International Education Manager (REN Clean Skincare)

We are looking for an International Education Manager to join our international team!

Location of role: Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office (London, SE1 0LH) & 3 days Home Working

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Creation of education material with strong emphasis on technical compliance content – Global
• Ensuring all toolkits are managed with strong and robust technical input, accuracy, and compliance
• Lead with ensuring products and ingredients include bioactive stories – web, social, on pack etc that are technically correct and comply to global regulations
• Always assess and lead current International training provision to improve and evolve the REN training experience ensuring technical and regulatory compliance is met
• Contribute to technical testing protocols, how to use guides and results including video creation & POS
• Lead, produce and maintain both internal and external technical documentation including product guides, technical guides, etc.
• Maintain all REN communication sites both internally and externally and ensure technical and regulatory compliance is always met
• Researching and analysing technical claims
• Working with R&D, Innovation and NPD as well as the supplier process
• Create engaging presentations that increase audience understanding of REN products, claims, regulations, and risk
• Content Management of Training School, Online training, International training/delivery routes – with focus on technical information and compliance
• Delivering engaging and technically detailed training internally and externally of required
• Work closely with the R&D Director, the R&D team and marketing Team to ensure training material is on brand and fit for market
• Competitor assessments and suggestions
• Select appropriate medium for the message and the audience, such as manuals, online videos

What we are looking for:

• Experience in similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Proven working experience in technical writing of training documentation
• Preferably Beauty Therapist Qualified
• Preferably English & French speaker
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
  
• Result oriented and commercially aware
