Position Overview & Specifications
The Community Support Worker has a specific remit to support service users to identify and develop clear recovery focused goals and support service users to attain these during their time in the EIP service.
The role involves contributing to and supporting the wider multi-disciplinary team in the timely assessment of service users referred to the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team, the provision of evidence-based interventions either on an individual or group basis to those supported by the service and the use of standard outcome measures to monitor recovery using the HoNOS, QPR and DIALOG.

The EIP team is a community-based service. The post-holder will be required to travel across Nottinghamshire to support the needs of service users, their family members and carers. The use of digital technologies to support service need and delivery are likely to be required within this role.
