Modern Apprentice - Trainee Dental Nurse / Annexe 21 - Oral Health

Interested in a career as a Dental Nurse? We are currently recruiting Trainee Dental Nurses to work in the Glasgow Dental Hospital and School.

You will train for a fixed term period of 18 months within the Dental Nursing team based at the Glasgow Dental Hospital. Successful candidates will be supported to competently perform the necessary technical and physical aspects of clinical dental nursing. You will care for patients within the Secondary Care (Acute) Dental Service. You will assist the clinician in all aspects of patients’ care including preparation of equipment, instruments and materials, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.

Please note that this is a training post graded under Annex 21 Conditions* and will be paid at the Scottish Living Wage (2023/2024 rate). Trainees will be appointed at a salary of £21308.
