Position Overview & Specifications
This role is a key part of the senior corporate leadership team and is highly specialised. The post holder will be expected to support teams with day-to-day complex safeguarding decision making including the provision of advice, supervision, professional development, and training. This role is pivotal in providing assurance to and the Trust external partners of highly quality safeguarding practice within the Trust.
The Safeguarding Adults Lead will be responsible for overseeing safeguarding quality improvements, within the current legislative framework and anticipate new statutory responsibilities They will closely with the Head of Clinical Services and the Senior Corporate Nursing Leads and across the Integrated Care System to ensure support for all safeguarding activities.
