Electronic Repair Technician

I-Tech Centre Worthing is an IT hardware repair, maintenance and selling workshop. Our primary focus has always been quality of service which is why we are now looking to expand our team. Our primary focus is the quality service we provide. IT Technicians operate and maintain phones, computer systems and networks to ensure that the concerned people get the most effective IT functionality.

REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

• 1+ years of experience
• English knowledge is required
• Job for applicants only from UK
• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the shop
• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of phones, computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged phones, computer, electronic and network components
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with phones, computers and network devices
• Follow instructions and undertake other reasonable duties, when required, as dictated by circumstances and directed by management
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
• Ensure that all pertinent repair and testing tools and appliances are in proper working condition, and continuously maintained
• Determine parts to be replaced and provide cost estimates to the admin and to the customer prior to starting any work.
• Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
• Support customers with the on-boarding of their new account
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet the customer's needs
• Comply with all I - Tech Centre Worthing policies and procedures

WORKING HOURS
9:30am-5pm
Monday-Saturday (subject to contract)

SALARY
From £22,000.00 per year to £32,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
