Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester (West Didsbury + Manchester City Centre)

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + up to 25% commission

You will be specializing in Technology Recruitment within: BI, Data & Analytics, Network & Security, Software & Web Development, Infrastructure & Support, Senior & Executive and ERP & CRM. As a consultant for ITECCO, you will be provided with all the necessary tools, resources, and training to be successful in this role. The Role:

· Sourcing candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for our clients

· Writing and tailoring advertisements specific to clients' needs

· Conducting searches via our database, incoming applications, job boards, and various online tools

· Building your own network of talented candidates

· Acting as a brand ambassador for one of the UK's top 10 recruitment companies

In addition to your basic salary, you will earn uncapped commission up to 25% from the moment you start doing deals. This role is based on merit and will offer you plenty of opportunity to progress into senior roles.

Requirements:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Confident communication skills

· Self-motivated with good organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize workload

· Previous sales or recruitment experience preferred
