Due to continued company growth, Good Oaks Mid-Sussex is looking for Home Care Assistants with or without experience in care to join our friendly and valued team. Care Assistant Benefits:

• Pay rates (depending on experience in care): Weekdays £11.00/h-£12.00/h, Weekend and peak hours during the week £12.00/h - £13.00/h. Bank Holidays are paid 1.5*your standard pay rate
• Enhanced rates for 1/2 and 3/4 hours visits
• Mileage is paid at 35p/mile.
• Guaranteed hours contracts are available as well - for evenings and weekends with enhanced pay rates
• Paid induction training at £150 and paid shadowing shifts and yearly refresher training

• Up to 28 days of paid holiday (pro-rata)

Different shifts are available to fit around your personal life - could be a secondary job, doing just evenings, mornings, or weekends. You give your availability and we respect it.

The areas we cover are Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, East Grinstead, and the surrounding areas.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• To make a huge difference in the quality of our client's lives by providing personalized care in their own homes
• Our clients need help with getting up and ready for the day, meal preparation, medication administration, companionship, personal care, and outings.

A driving license and full use of your own vehicle are required for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

Salary: £11.00-£26.00 per hour
