Digital Marketing Executive

We are Fill Your Clinic; a modern advertising agency which specializes in the hair loss industry.

More specifically, we help hair loss clinics generate qualified leads and close new clients using:

1. Social media ads (Meta + TikTok)
2. Landing pages / lead capture funnels
3. Automated follow-up sequences

Right now, we are looking to bring on a talented Account Manager / Media Buyer to support us in helping more clinics grow!

This person will be responsible for the following roles:

1. Onboard new clients + craft a bespoke strategy suited to the client's key objectives.

2. Build & launch new campaigns according to strategy.

3. Test & optimize client campaigns to ensure they see results.

4. Proactively communicate with clients to discuss campaign progress, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues and nurture strong relationships. You will also lead the monthly check-in calls with your clients.

5. Attend team meetings to share client metrics, get feedback on campaigns, share ideas with our skilled & passionate team.

PLUS - you will be expected to write copy where needed, whether it be for a new landing page, Facebook ad, headline, follow-up email, SMS re-engagement campaign etc.

The right candidate will also be:

1. Well experienced in lead generation advertising for other local businesses, and using all relevant softwares to accomplish this (Meta ads manager, GHL, clickfunnels)

2. A fast learner

3. Welcoming of constructive feedback and always hungry to improve

4. Practices EXTREME ownership & accountability when it comes to getting clients results. He / she will do WHATEVER it takes!

Some key info about the role:

1. We are a remote company - you can work from anywhere in the world with a reliable wifi connection!

2. The majority of our work is done with US clinics, so flexible working hours is important.

3. Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on skillset & experience. Strong performance incentives and a clear path to growth within the company allow for uncapped growth potential.
